ABOUT THE BUILDER
Mike has been building homes since 1994. Mike uses his years of experience to construct well planned, functional and quality homes from the design stage to the day you move into your dream home. He is committed to quality, communication and attention to detail.
Mike has also built numerous commercial buildings including Medical Office, Class A Office and Retail. He developed Kings Pointe of Sylvania, one of Sylvania’s premier office destinations.
Mike grew up in Toledo. He attended University of Toledo and graduated with a Marketing Degree from the College of Business. He currently resides in Sylvania with his wife Anne and their 4 children, Jacob, Jason, Aaron and Ellie.
Mike is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, past Board member of Habitat for Humanity, current President of and is a member of the Toledo Home Builders Association.
THE TEAM
Mike White has worked diligently to create an extremely talented team to construct your home. The team is led by Jeff Kaminski.
Jeff Kaminski - Head of Construction
Jeff oversees the overall construction process of each Home. He is a native of Temperance, Mi and graduated from Bedford high school. He attended the University of Illinois and later entered the construction field, beginning his career at the 84 Lumber Company where he managed the Maumee, OH store from 1992 – 2003. He left 84 Lumber to pursue a career building homes with the Buckeye Real Estate Group. Jeff brought a repertoire of skills to Buckeye including purchasing, scheduling and sales. Jeff has used his skills, talents, and experience in the industry not only to build homes but to also build relationships with the clients he serves. “I've been able to surround myself with top quality contractors and suppliers who have made my job fun and successful. “
Austin Kaminski - Field Foreman
Austin is our Field Foreman. Austin handles all our exterior work of the lots from the grading and
seeding to driveway and sidewalk installs. Austin graduated from Bowling Green State university and joined the Buckeye team in 2018. Austin resides in Maumee, Ohio, with his wife Carleigh. They enjoy cooking, boating, biking, and playing disc golf.
Jason White - Job Foreman
Jason is our Job Foreman. Jason oversees all our homes from the drywall finish until our clients move into their new home. Jason graduated from of Ohio University has been with Buckeye since 2016. In his free time, Jason enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with family and friends.
Robbie Sobczak - Construction Project Coordinator
Robbie is our Construction Project Coordinator. She oversees all of our home exterior selections and bids from foundation thru the drywall stage. Robbie has spent her entire career in the new home construction industry. When Robbie is not working, she enjoys being at the lake and spending time with her children.
Jill Harris - Project Support & Administrative Coordinator
Jill serves as our Project Support & Administrative Coordinator, taking on various roles within the office. She's the go-to person for assistance, and if she doesn't have the answers, she'll promptly find them for you or guide you to the right resource.
When she's not at work, Jill cherishes moments with her husband and three kids. She finds joy in taking long walks at one of the metro parks and diving into a good book. However, her favorite pastime is undoubtedly game nights with family and friends, creating lasting memories together.
Crystal Garlick - Office Manager, Bookkeeper
Crystal is the office manager and bookkeeper at Buckeye Real Estate Group. She handles all the accounts receivable and payable. She also coordinates all permits associated with building our homes. Crystal holds an associate degree in Business Management. She has been with Buckeye since 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Crystal and her family currently reside in Berkey, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband and their combined 4 children, raising goats, painting, and crocheting.
